Dear Ticket Holder:

Please be advised that the 70’s Soul Jam performances scheduled to take place at the Beacon Theatre on Saturday, February 12 have now been rescheduled to Saturday, April 30.

Your tickets will be valid for the new rescheduled show date on Saturday, April 30, 2022 and will not need to be exchanged.

Please be aware of the vaccination requirements for the 70’s Soul Jam performances:

 

• ALL GUESTS AGE 5 AND OLDER are required to provide proof they have received either two doses of a two-shot COVID-19 vaccination, or one dose of a single-shot vaccine.

 

Fully vaccinated guests are not required to wear a mask. Please note that full COVID-19 vaccination means the day of your event is at least 14 days after your final vaccine dose. Everyone else age 2 and older is required to wear a mask while in the venue, except while actively eating or drinking.

Government mandates, venue protocols and event requirements are also subject to change, so be sure to continue to check your event on beacontheatre.com for the latest information.

 

If you cannot commit to the rescheduled show date, you can request a refund anytime over the next 7 days, beginning today. If a refund is not requested during the allotted time, tickets will automatically be transferred to the rescheduled show date. To obtain a refund for tickets purchased through Ticketmaster, visit your Ticketmaster account page. For refunds on tickets purchased through the Beacon Theatre Box Office, call the Guest Relations department at 212-465-6225.

Only tickets purchased directly through Ticketmaster or the Beacon Theatre Box Office are eligible for a refund. If tickets were purchased from a third party, ticketholders will need to go back to their point of purchase to determine refund availability.
