The Wine and Jazz Sail
featuring
a Very Special Engagement with
Houston Person
aboard Clipper City
Wednesday June 13
at 6:30pm & 9:30pm
Wednesday, June 13th features a very special engagement with Houston Person, along with Matt Chertkoff!
Houston Person knows the music business inside out, from booking his own tours to producing his own albums. As eclectic as he is talented, Person has recorded everything from disco and gospel to pop and r&b, in addition to his trademark, soulful hard bop. After years as producer and house tenor for HighNote Records and touring with the late Etta Jones, Person is now known as a master of popular songs played in a relaxed, highly accessible style reminiscent of the great Ben Webster.

Enjoy the sights and sounds aboard the stunning Clipper City, as you sail the Hudson River and take in amazing views of New York Harbor. Enjoy great music in an intimate setting plus the glorious NYC skyline!
The original Clipper City was built as a cargo schooner just prior to the Civil War. Rebuilt and refurbished from the original plans which were borrowed from the Smithsonian Institution, at 158 feet, the Clipper City is the most unique way to enjoy your favorite music, and wines. The 120-foot-tall, historic tall ship is absolutely breathtaking, under the unfurled sails.
Clipper City departs from
Slip 2 at the South end of Battery Park
(just West of the Staten Island Ferry terminal )
New York, NY 10280
